Shelby was so helpful, I called hertrichs within an hour she had a few vehicles to choose from, she sent the finance paperwork, I was in my new vehicles by 3pm, thanks to Carlos, I was able to get my payments, and my warranties where I wanted them, with a down-payment I was comfortable with.
