Parish was attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. However, my experience with the Sales Manager, whose name I believe was Elvis, was far less positive. Unfortunately, he was not pleasant to work with. He repeatedly dismissed or disregarded my preferences regarding the financing of the vehicle, which created unnecessary frustration. I also believe he was primarily responsible for the miscommunication that occurred with the Finance Manager, Tom. Which ultimately resulted in an error with the bank. Thankfully, the situation was ultimately resolved with the help of the General Manager, who handled the matter professionally and efficiently. Carlos also stepped in to assist and was instrumental in ensuring the paperwork was corrected and completed properly.
